We all have those places that we have always wanted to throw in a line.. It is time we stop fantasising and grab a couple of mates to go out for that long overdue fishing trip! We have compiled a list of some of our favourite fishing sports that can be accessed by our Boab Boats locations!

Cairns:

One of the most popular fishing spots in Australia would have to be Cairns. Known for its range of Pacific game fish species, Cairns will be sure to entice any Aussie Angler. If you’ve had Black Marlin, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Spanish Mackerel and Yellow Fin Tuna on your list of fish to catch, this is the place for you! Catch a fish that will put your mates in their place. Fraser Island:

Fraser Island is famous for its beach fishing and artificial reefs. It is the largest in the southern hemisphere and was built to stop the decline of the local fish population. This unusual sight makes it a great place to bring the family, coast around the island on a boat and then set up shop on the beach. Moreton Island:

Moreton Island is Australia’s premier natural island destination that offers fishing that will turn any man into an angler!
