Beautiful places to visit in the Whitsundays
We are extremely lucky to have our very own Boab franchise located in the centre of Airlie Beach. You can currently hire our well-loved; Centre Cab, Sportsrider, Kimberley and Tinny from our Airlie Beach franchise. There are so many beautiful spots to visit in the Whitsundays. Here are some of our favourites.
Langford Island:
Langford offers great snorkelling on the North-East and Northern ends of the island. If you are looking for a sandy beach, you will find a stunning, long strip of coral sand here. Langford island is perfect for; tanning, relaxing and swimming. There are public moorings that you can hook your Boab Boat to on the North-East side of the island.
Black Island/Bali Hai:
This gorgeous island is similar to Langford. You can drop into Bali Hai and have a snorkel on the western side. Bali Hai also has picnic tables and a pit toilet, perfect for a family day out! There are also public moorings here where you can hook your Boab Boat to
Hayman Island:
When heading North, you will come to Hayman Island. This is a privately owned island and therefore you cannot go in to the resort. However, don’t let this stop you from visiting this stunning island! On the western side of the island you will come to Blue Pearl Bay which is one of the best spots for snorkelling! There are public moorings here or you can drop anchor further out (you cannot moor off any reef protection markers as it is prohibited)
