With Tangalooma being about 15 nautical miles due east of Redcliffe.  Redcliffe is the easiest point of departure for a boat trip to Tangalooma.  There are many amazing places to go and see on Moreton Island, and Tangalooma is certainly up there with the best,  from the crystal clear waters of Champagne Pools at Cape Moreton to 18 miles south of there the to Gutter Bar at Kooringal, it's a huge Island and there just aren't enough hours in the day to see it all!
